Suwanee, GA – Car Crash with Injuries on I-85 Near Lawrenceville Suwanee Rd
Suwanee, GA (November 13, 2021) – At 7:08 p.m. on the evening of Saturday, November 13, a car crash with injuries occurred in Suwanee.
According to Gwinnett County officials, the accident happened in the southbound lanes of I-85 around the area of Lawrenceville Suwanee Road. Several vehicles were traveling in the area when one lost control, causing a chain-reaction collision to occur. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured in the collision. The injured victims were hospitalized, though their conditions are not known at this time.
One right lane of traffic was blocked in the area for a period of time. Police worked to quickly clear the scene.
No further details have been released but the investigation remains ongoing.
