Summerville, GA – Two-Vehicle Crash at GA-114 & Hamp Brewer Circle
Summerville, GA (November 26, 2021) – Around 5 p.m. on the evening of Friday, November 26, a two-vehicle crash with injuries occurred in Summerville.
According to Chattooga County officials, the accident happened at the intersection of GA-114 and Hamp Brewer Circle. Two vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, forcefully colliding with each other. The vehicles involved in the accident were extensively damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured as a result of the collision. The injured victims were hospitalized, though their conditions are not yet known.
Due to the severity of the accident, the roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for an extended period of time.
No further details have been released. The investigation into the circumstances of the collision continues.
