College Park, GA – Car Crash with Injuries at Old National Hwy & Godby Rd

College Park, GA (December 7, 2021) – At 4:12 p.m. on the afternoon of Tuesday, December 7, a car crash with injuries occurred in College Park.

According to Fulton County officials, the accident happened at the intersection of Old National Highway and Godby Road just south of I-285. Several vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, forcefully colliding with each other. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured as a result of the accident. The injured victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment.

Due to the severity of the accident, the roadway was blocked in the area for an extended period of time. Police quickly worked to clear the scene.

No further details have been released but the investigation remains ongoing at this time.
