School Bus Accidents in Georgia
School buses are a large mode of transportation on our roads, which are supposed to take our children from one place to another as safely as possible. However, sometimes accidents occur in the blink of an eye and turn our lives (and our children’s lives) upside-down. In one year’s time in the U.S., it is estimated that approximately 17,000 children are taken to emergency rooms due to school bus accidents. Though many of these accidents lead to damages, others lead to serious trauma and injuries that nobody ever expects. If you have been hurt in a school bus accident, it is crucial that you speak with an attorney in your time of need.
Sadly, school bus accidents and many other types of accidents involving children have been increasing on our roads in Georgia and beyond. The injuries that stem from bus accidents can be minor to severe in nature, affecting your ability to enjoy the things that you once did before your accident. There are several parties who could be to blame for a bus accident, which include the following:
- Bus drivers
- Bus companies
- Manufacturers of bus parts
