Canton, GA – Car Crash at Reinhardt College Pkwy & Lower Burris Rd
Canton, GA (November 12, 2021) – At 8:50 a.m. on the morning of Friday, November 12, a car crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Canton.
According to Cherokee County officials, the accident happened at the intersection of Reinhardt College Parkway and Lower Burris Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection, colliding forcefully with each other. The vehicles involved in the accident were extensively damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured as a result of the accident. The injured parties were hospitalized, though their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was completely blocked in the area of the intersection until police were able to clear the scene.
